This carrier has a capacity of 60-lbs so it's going to be able to handle a little bit more beefy of a wheel; while it's normally meant for a bumper, it can be used on a trailer frame all the same.

If I'm reading this correctly, you'd like to mount the spare tire carrier into your bumper? If that's what you're looking for, there is not going to be anything available. Every spare tire carrier we carry either gets mounted into a stake pocket, bolts around the bumper/trailer frame, or replaces an existing tire carrier like what you'd see on the back of Jeeps.

Essentially, you can install a spare tire carrier anywhere it will fit. I recommend placing it on the tongue as far back from the coupler as possible without interfering with anything. This will push its weight as far back as possible on the trailer.
